A gardener at heart, she crafts blooms out of seedlings, or rejuvenates sad saplings until they foster blossoms worthy of a bouquet. Whatever the flower, tree, or vine, it is said she cajoles even the stubbornest thorns into a rose.

Inspirations?"My garden is my inspiration," she says.
Tammy L. Carnahan, the TLC behind the arrangements, has lived in Walton, Kentucky for 16 years. Her main love is her 4 children, growing them from the little sprouts they once were to the successful individuals they are now. When her children were grown, she turned her hand to mothering green things. "Blessings in Bloom" began as a ministry, bringing floral arrangements to family, neighbors and residents in assisted living and nursing homes. Bringing parts of God's creation to those who were inside seemed to give them a little relief and a little beauty. Now, as a Boone County Master Gardener, she has grown her experimentation of flower-rearing into wedding arrangements, corsage-crafting, bouquet beauties, boutonniere bud-dies, flower-boxes, and table centerpieces. Garden-coaching and reviving the vestiges of those plants left to the brown-thumbers out there have become other pieces to her passion-puzzle.
